ECPD International Round Table On the "Regaining and Further Enhacing the Development Momentum in the Context of Global Change" 
Sveti Stefan, Montenegro, 28 – 30 1990


The Round Table, chaired by Prof. Dr. Dragoslav Avramović and Prof. Saburo Okita, was attended by 70 representatives of 21 countries and eight international organizations. The participants discussed new approaches to the debt problem of developing countries, from the aspects of an international action and economic policies of specified debtor countries.

At this Round Table, special attention was devoted to the new international financial situation arising from the events in Eastern Europe.
